National Bank.
I went to encash my Western Union payment came from USA a week ago. I went to FTC Branch National Bank. I found a person Sohail at Mezzanine Floor in National Bank serving me for Western Union. He said I require Your NIC PhotoCopy, Original NIC & the MTCN Number.
I said, I always get the payment to provide MTCN Number & the Photocopy of NIC. He said, He cant.
I went to the directly Western Union Office at Nursery and I got the payment in 5 minutes on behalf of only MTCN number and a photocopy of my NIC.
I suggest to National Bank to not to involve themselves in any other ventures as they are even failure in their own banking.
Grade is very low
